International Journal of Orofacial Research (IJOFR), is a official publication of Saveetha Dental College and Hospitals published by MM Publishers. It is a peer-reviewed online journal with two issues per year published in English language. The journal was first published online in June of 2017 by Wolters Kluwer - Medknow and has been regularly published.
From 2022, IJOFR is published by MM Publishers.
The journal’s full text is available online at the International Journal of Orofacial Research. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional / subject-based repository.
Focus and Scope of Journal
IJOFR aims to publish content that includes basic dental science and areas relevant to dentistry. All clinical, diagnostic, surgical pediatric, orthodontic, prosthetic, geriatric, and aesthetic dentistry, understanding of development and pathogenesis of dental pathology, diseases, defects; detection and management of dental pathology/ disease; evidence-based studies on epidemiology on dental disease(s); studies exploring the risk factors for development and progression of dental disease(s); dental education.
The journal publishes 2 issues per year, from January to June and July to December.
The journal's publication language for both articles and abstracts are English.
